Treatments are available to both men and women over the age of 18.
We use best practice methods, most up to date techniques and quality equipment and products to ensure the best possible outcomes for each person. However, there are no guaranteed outcomes to any of our treatments. Results are unique to each individual and can be affected by a range of additional factors, including age, diet and exercise.
Suitability for treatment:
The treatment might not be suitable for everyone. Prior to treatment we will go through the details of the treatment and what you may realistically expect. We will also go through any risk factors in your medical history and whether or not the treatment is suitable for you. In any case of uncertainty, we will ask you to consult your GP prior to undertaking the treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where we believe its in your best interests. If you are unsure of your suitability, please call or email us prior to booking.
We will not be able to proceed with any treatment if you do not complete the required medical questionnaire and consultation forms.
Prices and pricing packages are clearly displayed on this website. Discount deals may be published from time-to-time. Terms and conditions for these deals will be published together with these deals and may have significant restrictions.
Please arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we consider you a no-show and your appointment will be automatically cancelled. As a no-show you will not be eligible for a refund or a new appointment.
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel, reschedule or are running late. We will always try and be flexible and work with your availability.
Bookings can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Deposits paid, minus a £15 registration fee, are refundable when the booking is cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you reschedule within 24 hours of treatment you will lose your deposit and a new deposit must be paid to secure your new appointment.
Packages can be cancelled and fully refunded prior to the first appointment taking place. If packages are cancelled once the first session has taken place the refund value will be calculated by taking the full standard price of all treatments carried out from the total paid amount. Any outstanding bookings taking place within 24 hours of cancellation will not be refunded.
Once an appointment has been booked as part of a package you can reschedule up to 12 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reschedule before this time and you do not attend your session you will lose that full session.
Feedback and complaints:
We aim to provide excellent support and care to each of our clients. We collect reviews through a number of third party websites. If you have any complaints or concerns about the treatment you have received, the consultation or information on this website or our social media channels please provide information of this in writing to email@example.com at your earliest convenience. We aim to respond to all written complaints by email within 14 days.
All content, including video and images on this website is protected by copyright. You may only use any of this content with our specific written consent.
We operate under a zero tolerance policy for abuse to staff. If abuse occurs we will end the treatment or consultation immediately. We further reserve the right to refuse further treatment to any person who has been considered abusive in the past by anyone in the clinic.
